The Australian Network on Disability (AND) is a national, membership based, for-purpose organisation that supports organisations to advance the inclusion of people with disability in all aspects of business. In order to enable the brand to grow, lift brand reputation and provide better brand tools to expose their internal identity in-market, we redeveloped their brand identity with brand workshops, strategy consultation and disability-conscious design.

Our final delivery mapped out a holistic brand guidelines that imbued the passion, philosophy and drive of their mission, vision and values, with brand new graphics and icons, photography, guidelines on strategic alignment with partners and members alike as well as brand consistencies for products, programs and services. Furthermore, fully embracing their mission for disability confidence, we created brand tools, assets and guidelines that are fully accessible.

In the end, we opened doors to further strategic reviews by challenging the team at the Australian Network on Disability at the core of their brand and business. This work, as a foundation to the way their brand is represented in-market and to their various audiences, is a living and breathing thing and we can’t wait to see how the Australian Network on Disability continues to grow.
